Q: How much does it cost?

A: For standard wash, dry, and fold service we charge a flat rate per bag. As much as you can fill! Drawstring must close. Included with the bag price are items needing special care: air-dry, stain treatment, etc. We'll also hand and fold according to your preference. Hangers can be provided at additional cost. Contact our sales team for specialty pricing. 

Q: When is my laundry returned?

A: Our standard turnaround is 2 days and is included in our service (no extra fee).  Next day delivery is available for an up-charge of only $10 per bag for a faster turnaround.

Q: What types of laundry do you clean?

A: We clean both every-day, personal laundry and laundry for businesses. Everything from T-shirts to tablecloths.

Q: Can you dry clean items?

A: We do not offer dry cleaning services as of right now. 

Q: What services do you offer?

A: Our basic service is wash & fold. This includes wet-washing garments and drying in a dryer or air-drying. In addition to wash & fold, we also offer: *Fold-only service, *Bulky Items *Stain-treatment.

Q: What if my laundry doesn't fit in my bag?

A: If your bag is overstuffed or unable to close, an overage charge may apply. To avoid overage charges, be sure your are able to close the drawstring completely and no loose items are left outside of the bag.

Q: What do I do if I have a delicate garment that needs hand washing?

A: As of right now delicate garments should be dry cleaned and we can not service them.

Q: When do I pay for services?

A: Payments are processed via our secure processor upon delivery.

Q: What if I miss my pickup/drop-off time?

A: If you miss your pick-up or drop off timeframe, a missed pick-up or missed drop off fee may be assessed. Avoid these additional fees by notifying and rescheduling your pick-up/ drop off at least 3 hours before your scheduled time. 

Q: What happens if I leave personal items in my pockets?

A: We ask that you ensure all items have been removed from your pockets prior to pick-up. In the event that we do find items in your pockets, we’ll return them inside a sealed bag along with your laundry.

Q: Can you clean my comforter?

A: Yes! We're able to wet-wash comforters of all sizes.
